California Licensed BCBA Clinical Manager

Job Summary

Leading the clinical operations in a hybrid role, the full-time BCBA Clinical Manager will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, mentor staff, and support families, with 75% of the work being remote.

Key responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans for clients
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors while conducting FBAs and tracking client progress
• Provide parent coaching, maintain quality documentation, and lead monthly training sessions for staff

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
• BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
