Job Summary

Leading the clinical side of care, the full-time California Licensed BCBA Clinical Manager will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, mentor staff, and provide parent coaching in a hybrid work environment that is 75% remote.

Key responsibilities

Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress

Required qualifications

Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
