Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time California Licensed BCBA Clinical Manager will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise staff, and provide parent coaching in a hybrid work environment with 50% remote flexibility.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
- Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide parent coaching
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
- BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
