Job Summary

To lead the clinical side of care, the full-time salaried California Licensed BCBA Clinical Manager will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, mentor staff, and provide support to families in a hybrid work environment, with 75% of the role being remote.

Key responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide parent coaching

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
• BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
