Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time California Licensed BCBA Clinical Manager will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, mentor staff, and provide family support while working 50% remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
  • Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
  • BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
