Job Summary

Leading the clinical side of care, the full-time California Licensed BCBA Clinical Manager will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, mentor staff, and support families, working 75% remotely with a competitive salary and sign-on bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans for clients
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors while providing staff mentorship
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and maintain quality documentation and reports

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
• BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional status
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
