California Licensed BCBA Clinical Manager

Job Summary

Leading the clinical side of care, the full-time California Licensed BCBA Clinical Manager will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, mentor behavior technicians and case supervisors, and guide families through meaningful progress in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
• Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
• BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
