California Licensed BCBA Clinical Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time BCBA Clinical Manager will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise staff, and provide family support, working in a hybrid environment with 75% remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors while conducting FBAs and tracking client progress
• Provide parent coaching and maintain quality documentation and reports

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
• BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
