California Licensed BCBA Clinical Manager

Job Summary

Leading the clinical side of care, the full-time BCBA Clinical Manager will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, mentor behavior technicians and case supervisors, and provide support to families, with a flexible schedule that is 50% remote.

Key responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors while conducting FBAs and tracking client progress
• Provide parent coaching and maintain quality documentation and reports

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
• BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
