Job Summary

Leading the clinical operations in a 75% remote capacity, the full-time salaried BCBA Clinical Manager will design and oversee ABA treatment plans, mentor behavior technicians and case supervisors, and provide guidance to families to ensure meaningful progress for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Key responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors while conducting FBAs and updating client programs
• Provide parent coaching and maintain quality documentation and reports

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
• BCBA certification or qualifying licensed healthcare professional
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
