Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mentoring BCBA - Clinical Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and training to clinicians at all levels, utilizing evidence-based practices
• Oversee clinical documentation to ensure compliance and timely submissions
• Act as a liaison between clinicians, administrative teams, and funding sources to address issues and maintain client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Extensive experience in ABA therapy and clinical supervision
• Proficiency in Behavioral Skills Training (BST) and self-monitoring strategies
• In-depth knowledge of compliance standards and relevant regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
