Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote BCBA Supervisor & Clinical Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and student analysts while managing a real caseload
• Conduct caregiver training and facilitate social skills groups
• Ensure a minimum of 30 clinical hours per week with a focus on treatment hour utilization

Required Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
• Fluency in BST and caregiver-mediated treatment
• Ability to adapt supervision to individual needs
• Proven ability to manage time and documentation independently
