Job Summary
To support a clinician-owned ABA agency, the full-time California Licensed BCBA Supervisor will oversee telehealth and in-person sessions, manage a caseload, supervise RBTs and student analysts, and conduct caregiver training in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise RBTs and student analysts while managing a real caseload
- Conduct caregiver training and facilitate social skills groups
- Ensure a minimum of 30 clinical hours per week with a focus on evidence-based practices
Required qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- Fluency in Behavioral Skills Training (BST) and caregiver-mediated treatment
- Ability to adapt supervision to individual needs
- Strong time management and documentation skills
