California Licensed BCBA Supervisor
Job Summary
To support a clinician-owned ABA agency, the full-time California Licensed BCBA Supervisor will provide remote supervision of telehealth and in-person sessions, manage a caseload, oversee RBTs and student analysts, and facilitate caregiver training while maintaining a minimum of 30 clinical hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise RBTs and student analysts while managing a real caseload of clients
- Conduct caregiver training and facilitate social skills groups
- Ensure 90% utilization of recommended treatment hours and maintain documentation independently
Required qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- Fluency in behavior skills training (BST) and caregiver-mediated treatment
- Ability to adapt supervision to individual needs
- Commitment to pursuing current evidence-based practices independently
