California Licensed Behavior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time - Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide remote in-home and community-based ABA services to children with autism and developmental needs
• Supervise RBTs/Behavior Technicians and facilitate family and caregiver training

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities
• Skilled in conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and supervising clinical staff
• Reliable, organized, and committed to ethical, high-quality care
