Job Summary
Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum, the full-time or part-time California Licensed Behavior Analyst will work remotely during Pacific Time Zone hours, focusing on data collection, parent training, and collaboration with a clinical team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage case responsibilities for children ages 2-18 on the autism spectrum
- Utilize Central Reach for data collection and meet billable hour requirements
- Conduct intake assessments and provide mentorship to RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
Required qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics
- Demonstrated passion for client success
- Proven leadership skills
