Job Summary
Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum, the full-time California Licensed Behavior Analyst will work in a hybrid environment, spending three days in-person and two days remote, while also collaborating with a team of clinicians and conducting parent training.
Key responsibilities
- Manage cases for children ages 2-18, ensuring ethical treatment and effective therapy
- Utilize Central Reach for data collection and meet billable hour requirements
- Conduct intake assessments and provide mentorship to RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs
Required qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's Degree in a related field
- Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics in practice
- Passion for client success and improving outcomes
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a clinical setting
