Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Care Advocate in California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field inbound calls from members and providers for assessment and triage
  • Assess patients for appropriate levels of care and manage crisis calls
  • Manage inpatient mental health cases and consult with facility staff on treatment plans
Required Qualifications
  • Independent, Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling, OR a Licensed Ph.D., OR an RN with 2+ years of behavioral health experience
  • Active and unrestricted license in the State of California
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously and navigate multiple screens
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
