Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Care Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls for assessment and triage from members and providers
• Assess patients and determine appropriate levels of care based on medical necessity
• Manage inpatient mental health cases throughout the entire treatment plan

Required Qualifications

• Independent, Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling, OR Licensed Ph.D
• Active and unrestricted license in the State of California
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
