California Licensed Behavioral Clinician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CA Licensed Clinician: ASW, LCSW, APCC or LPCC in Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides customized care and treatment plans to patients within assigned Care Pods
• Coordinates closely with primary care providers and monitors patient symptoms and treatment effectiveness
• Documents patient progress and treatment recommendations in electronic health records and engages in regular consultations and supervision

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited program
• Licensed to practice in California as an associate clinician under supervision or as an independent clinician
• Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a licensed professional
• A secure, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting video conferencing
