Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Intake Counselor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls, chats, and texts, providing crisis intervention and behavioral health referrals
• Conduct behavioral health screenings and triage based on presenting symptoms
• Document all interactions accurately and adhere to compliance and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, master's, or doctorate in human services (psychology, sociology, or equivalent)
• 2+ years of post-graduate experience providing direct clinical services
• Cleared status with a licensing entity if registered (not on probation)
• Experience with diverse populations and various psychological disorders
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
