Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Advocate for an After Hours Crisis Call Center, working remotely in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls for assessment and triage from members and providers
• Assess patients for initial inpatient admission and manage crisis calls
• Manage inpatient mental health cases and consult with facility staff on treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Independent, Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling, OR Licensed Ph.D., OR an RN with 2+ years of behavioral health experience
• Active and unrestricted license in the State of California
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple screens
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
