Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Advocate - After Hours Crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field inbound calls for assessment and triage from members and providers
  • Assess patients for initial inpatient admission and manage crisis calls
  • Manage inpatient mental health cases and consult with facility staff
Required Qualifications
  • Independent, Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling, OR Licensed Ph.D., OR RN with 2+ years in behavioral health
  • Active and unrestricted license in the State of California
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple screens
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
