Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Advocate - Crisis Line.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health screenings via phone, text, and chat
• Triage calls and determine appropriate referrals based on client needs
• Document all interactions and maintain compliance with health service requirements

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in human services (psychology, sociology, etc.)
• 2+ years of direct clinical service experience
• Active California License (LMFT, LCSW, RN, LPC, or Psychologist)
• Experience with diverse populations and various psychological disorders
• Proficiency in PC use with typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
