Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Advocate - After Hours - Remote CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls from members and providers for assessment and triage
• Assess patients and determine appropriate levels of care based on medical necessity
• Manage inpatient mental health cases throughout the entire treatment plan

Required Qualifications

• Independent, Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or Marriage or Family Counseling, OR Licensed Ph.D., with 2+ years of experience in behavioral health
• Active and unrestricted license in the State of California
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple screens
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
