Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Advocate - Crisis Line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer calls, texts, and chats while conducting behavioral health screenings and triaging based on mental health symptoms
  • Provide crisis intervention and ensure safety through de-escalation techniques and appropriate referrals
  • Document interactions and maintain compliance with health department standards and performance goals
Required Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or Doctorate in human services such as psychology or sociology
  • Active California License: LMFT, LCSW, RN, LPC, or Psychologist
  • 2+ years of direct clinical service experience in psychosocial assessments and treatment planning
  • Experience working with diverse populations and various psychological disorders
  • Proficiency in using a personal computer with a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
