Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Advocate - Crisis Line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health screenings via phone, text, and chat
  • Triage calls and ensure safety while adhering to performance standards
  • Document interactions and maintain compliance with health service requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field with an independent behavioral health license
  • Active California License: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, RN, or Psychologist
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience providing direct clinical services
  • Experience working with diverse populations and various psychological disorders
  • Proficiency in PC use with a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
