Job Summary
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Advocate - Crisis Line.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health screenings via phone, text, and chat
- Triage calls and ensure safety while adhering to performance standards
- Document interactions and maintain compliance with health service requirements
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field with an independent behavioral health license
- Active California License: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, RN, or Psychologist
- Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience providing direct clinical services
- Experience working with diverse populations and various psychological disorders
- Proficiency in PC use with a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
