Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Billing & Follow-Up Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform billing and follow-up for Behavioral Health accounts
• Resolve complex denials and interpret payer contracts
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain productivity standards

Required Qualifications:

• Three years of recent acute care hospital billing and collection experience
• Strong knowledge of medical insurance and State/Federal billing regulations
• Experience with Behavioral Health billing and insurance claim appeals
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding principles
• Understanding of payer reimbursement methodologies
