A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Contracting professional for California and Western United States, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and contract with behavioral health providers to maintain a competitive network
• Manage contract negotiations, updates, and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare/managed care, specifically in behavioral health contracting
• Hands-on experience negotiating contracts with medical and behavioral health providers in California
• Proficiency in Excel for developing and analyzing behavioral health fee schedules
• Solid understanding of California's healthcare geography and behavioral health markets
• Experience working with commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business
