Job Summary

California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager, this full-time remote position involves leading a team of behavioral health providers, ensuring clinical quality and enhancing patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a clinical team, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care delivery
• Collaborate with operations to optimize clinician schedules and improve workflows
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and facilitate group therapy for parents and caregivers

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or Master's-level clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
• Active California license with 7+ years of post-licensure experience
• 3+ years of experience managing clinical teams
• Experience in pediatric behavioral health assessments and evidence-based treatment
