Leading a growing team of behavioral health providers, the full-time California Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will oversee clinical operations, enhance patient experience, and ensure high-quality care in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support a clinical team, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based care and fostering a positive team culture

Required qualifications
- Active California license as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or Master's-level clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
- 7+ years of post-licensure experience in behavioral health, preferably with pediatric assessments and treatments
- 3+ years of experience managing clinical teams, focusing on scheduling, culture, and quality
- Proven ability to improve workflows and enhance patient experiences in a clinical setting
- Comfortable with remote work and adapting to fast-changing environments
