Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Therapist, Peds - LCSW or LMFT.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments and care coordination for children and adolescents
• Deliver individual, family, or group psychotherapeutic treatment and document treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with community agencies for patient advocacy

Required Qualifications

• CA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or California Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a relevant Master's degree
• Experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting
• Knowledge of clinical models and ability to perform mental status exams
• Proficiency in writing clinical notes and maintaining accurate medical records
• Familiarity with community resources related to mental health and patient advocacy
