Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Advocate- M&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage health and welfare benefit plans for multiple clients
• Administer medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, and life and disability plans
• Coordinate compliance with key regulatory provisions, including COBRA and HIPAA

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of experience in Benefits with employer, insurer, or TPA
• Knowledge of benefit enrollment platforms, COBRA, and eligibility
• CEBS certification is a plus
