Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Analyst to support client management and lead a team of analysts in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client management with research and develop customer-specific resolutions
• Build, maintain, and audit benefits in the system
• Mentor and lead a team of analysts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• EPIC Tapestry Benefits Certification or ability to obtain within 3 months
• 2+ years of experience with managed care benefits
• 2+ years of experience working within claims processing systems, guidelines, and processes
