Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Marketing Analyst to support service teams in creating communication materials for Carrier & Vendor Partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales and service teams to understand client goals during the RFP process
  • Manage the carrier/vendor marketing process from conception to completion for various clients
  • Review carrier proposals for accuracy and summarize RFP responses into client-ready presentations
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of carrier/vendor marketing experience in the employee benefits industry
  • Insurance industry background with knowledge of group products
  • CA Department of Insurance Life License (required or to be completed within 3 months of start date)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced features
  • Ability to manage process improvements and strategic project planning
