Job Summary

Seeking a part-time, fully remote California Licensed Benefits Counsel, the contract position will focus on advising clients on employee benefit compliance matters, including ERISA, pension plans, and health plans, while also drafting issues related to FSA, HSA, and HRA plans.

Key responsibilities:

• Advising clients on a broad range of employee benefit matters, including pension and retirement plans
• Drafting and handling compliance issues related to FSA, HSA, and HRA plans
• Providing guidance on ERISA compliance matters and executive compensation arrangements

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of ERISA experience in a law firm or in-house setting
• Significant experience with FSA, HSA, and HRA plan issues
• Experience working in the tech industry
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence
• Outstanding references
