Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Sales Executive (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train new agents while fostering relationships and promoting the company's technology solutions
  • Develop revenue growth strategies with agents/brokers to enhance sales activity and product understanding
  • Coordinate sales and retention activities, ensuring a seamless benefits selling experience
Required Qualifications
  • Active Life & Health License is required
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a health insurance/employee benefits sales role
  • In-depth knowledge of group insurance products from experience in an insurance marketing or selling role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange
