Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time California Licensed Benefits Sales Executive will manage relationships with broker firms, recruit and train new agents, and develop revenue growth strategies while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train new agents by promoting BenefitMall's unique offerings and building trusted relationships
  • Develop revenue growth strategies with agents/brokers focused on increasing sales activity and product adoption
  • Coordinate sales and retention activities in a team environment to enhance the benefits selling experience
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
  • 3+ years of experience in a related insurance/employee benefit medical sales role (required)
  • Active Life & Health License must be obtained within 90 days of employment
  • In-depth knowledge of group insurance products from an insurance marketing or selling role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange
