Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time California Licensed Benefits Sales Executive will manage relationships with broker firms, develop revenue growth strategies, and provide training and support, all while working remotely from designated locations in California.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and train new agents while promoting CRC Benefits' unique offerings and technology solutions
- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies in collaboration with agents and brokers to enhance sales activity
- Coordinate sales and retention activities, ensuring a seamless benefits selling experience for clients
Required qualifications
- Active Life & Health License is required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a health insurance or employee benefits sales role
- In-depth knowledge of group insurance products, preferably from experience with a health insurance carrier or broker
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange
