Job Summary

A company is looking for a Follow Up Counselor, Bilingual (Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone follow-up and assistance to individuals in crisis, assessing risk and linking them to mental health services
• Maintain accurate and detailed call reports and monitor client progress against safety plans
• Attend required meetings and fulfill continuing education requirements as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish
• Minimum of six months of relevant behavioral health experience, with one year in crisis intervention or suicide prevention preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to effectively use web-based platforms and electronic documentation systems
