California Licensed Bilingual Insurance Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time California Licensed Bilingual Insurance Agent will quote and close insurance policies for inbound warm leads from Spanish and English-speaking clients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound warm leads and recommend tailored insurance solutions to customers
• Guide customers through the sales process, addressing questions and closing sales effectively
• Utilize technology systems to maintain accurate records and meet sales targets

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active, unrestricted Resident Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance producer license
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Non-resident Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license in California within 45 days of hire
• 1 or more years of experience in inbound sales or a similar commission-based sales position
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
