Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support call flow on the Crisis Line
• Ensure compliance with program standards, contracts, policies, and procedures
• Supervise and provide support to crisis counselors and volunteers during their shifts

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year experience as a Crisis Counselor or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and crisis line software
• Basic supervisory skills to manage volunteers and crisis counselors
