California Licensed Bilingual Therapist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Therapist I, Bilingual (Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide intake assessments, crisis intervention, short-term therapy, and life skills groups to adults with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and perform assessments to formulate diagnoses using a culturally competent approach
• Manage crises, monitor treatment progress, and provide case management services, including referrals to community support services

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Professional Clinical Counseling (PCC), or Psychology (Psy.D) with 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Registration with the BBS or Board of Psychology as an AMFT, ACSW, or APCC
• Current knowledge of crisis intervention, individual/family therapy, and documentation standards
• Valid California driver's license and an acceptable driving record
