Job Summary
To support a virtual outpatient clinic focused on underserved older adults, the full-time California Licensed Bilingual Therapist will deliver psychotherapy in Spanish, design personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a dedicated care team in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting
- Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Participate in regular case consultations and clinical leadership meetings
Required qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent
- Licensed in California
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
