Job Summary

Providing essential client and patient support for billing inquiries, the full-time California Licensed Billing Support Specialist will manage billing-related questions, assist with payment processing, and ensure accurate documentation while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support to clients and patients regarding billing issues
• Document all interactions with clients, patients, and payors within company systems
• Correspond with patients through various channels to gather and provide necessary billing information

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Knowledge of CPT & ICD10 codes, medical terminology, and insurance processes
• Experience in customer service, particularly in health or wellness settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet usage; familiarity with Salesforce preferred
• Previous experience in insurance billing, including verification and collections
