California Licensed Biostatistics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Biostatistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and strategic leadership in the design, analysis, and interpretation of complex clinical and real-world data studies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and translate research into actionable insights
• Oversee statistical analyses, develop statistical analysis plans, and ensure compliance with regulations and company procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D. or Master's Degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field with relevant industry experience (4+ years for Ph.D., 6+ years for MS/MA)
• Expertise in advanced statistical analysis methods and strong domain knowledge in oncology, cardiology, and/or genomics
• Experience in developing and reviewing statistical analysis plans and running analyses for complex studies
• Proficiency in R and other statistical software, including experience in code review and validation
• Ability to mentor junior and senior biostatisticians and provide detailed technical reviews
