A company is looking for a Bodily Injury Adjuster - Represented, Complex/Severe (CA and Northwest States) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service
• Engage in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements through various communication channels

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in claims handling, particularly in complex or severe bodily injury cases
• Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities effectively
• Familiarity with negotiation processes and settlement strategies
• Willingness to work Pacific hours if located in Mountain or Central time zones
• Residency in specified states, excluding California, Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, or Puerto Rico
