Job Summary

Working remotely, the California Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney involvement, while managing claims in California and other Southern West Coast states.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and assess coverage, liability, and damages for complex automobile accident claims
• Communicate effectively with customers and attorneys through various channels to facilitate claims resolution
• Negotiate fair injury settlements utilizing innovative platforms and tools

Required qualifications

• California Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster certification
• Experience handling represented and litigation claims
• Proficiency in remote work and digital communication tools
• Ability to work Pacific hours (8 am - 4:30 pm or 9 am - 5:30 pm)
• Knowledge of automobile accident investigation processes
