Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time California Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury, manage claims with attorney involvement, and negotiate settlements while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and assess claims related to automobile accidents, focusing on coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicate effectively with customers and attorneys through various channels, including calls, emails, and texts
• Utilize innovative platforms to negotiate fair injury settlements with all parties involved

Required qualifications

• California Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster certification
• Experience handling complex and severe claims, particularly in a litigation context
• Ability to work Pacific hours if located in Mountain or Central time zones
• Strong understanding of automobile insurance policies and claims processes
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for claims management and communication
