Key Responsibilities

• Oversees performance management and development of a team of 10-15 adjusters or vendor partners
• Addresses escalated customer situations and supports unit goal setting
• Participates in special projects as a subject matter expert and analyzes unit reports to achieve business objectives

Required Qualifications

• California license in bodily injury claims management
